Once we provide your tracking number, We are no longer responsible for the package, any issues with package arrivals must be handled through the shipment carrier. Please call the shipment company (ups, fed ex, usps ect..) to file a claim
Once you have paid for your order, All sales are final, no exchanges or returns on any products. All sales are final.
